Booking Conditions

Conditions that you will accept when confirming your reservation:
The discounts applied for children are subject to accreditation ( through identity card, passport, family book…) otherwise the adult price will be applied.

At the arrival an identifying bracelet be placed to all clients that will have to be worn during the stay.
The Hotel room/ Apartment are availables from 14:00 hour the day of entrance until 11:00 hours of the departure day.

The reservations are guaranteed until 18:00 of the day of entrance, if you are going to arrive later we ask for you to warn us, otherwise the Hotel will be able to annul the reservation and load the total of the stay.
In case on early departure the total of your stay will be load.

The restaurant has two shifts for lunch and dinner, for your comfort at your arrival you can book the shift you prefeer.

The restaurant of the hotel is opened to the public, the rest of the facilities such as the bar, swimming pools, garden, the accommodation… are exclusive for the hotel guests, so the access to no lodget persons is not allowed it’s not allowed.

The reservations of half board include breakfast and dinner.

Is requested the payment of the 30% for the confirmation of the reservation. That can be done by bank transfer or through credit card. The rest of the payment will be made by cash when showing your bill in reception.
